What We Need From You:

  • Your diet parameters, such as daily allowances of protein, carbs, fats, etc. (View example here.)
  • A full list of your dietary restrictions and/or preferences
  • The number of meals you would like prepared per week over a specified span of time (must be 10+)

What You'll Get From US:

  • Creative, customized meals that fit the dietary specifications  you provide for us, in the quantities you need
  • Local and organic ingredients, including meat and eggs sourced from our own farm

Plans and Payment:

  • Minimum: 10 meals / week
  • Maximum: You name it! Challenge accepted!
  • Weekly payments prior to pick up dates or up-front payments in 8-week blocks, all conveniently available using our easy online ordering system
